Who we are

iflourish was co-founded by directors Frankie O'Brien and Rob Lenihan. We have more than 15 years' experience in designing and producing creative digital learning solutions. After working for major organisations in this field for many years we decided to set up our own limited company in 2010.

We work closely with local schools and young people, especially with the Salford Foundation, giving up our time for free. We both have enhanced CRB certificates.

Frankie O'BrienDirector

Frankie started his career in local and then national governnent, before moving into commercial director positions at two major UK education service providers.

He is a qualified project manager and has provided consultancy to the Department for Education and the Bowland Trust on the use of ICT to improve learning.
What's Frankie all about?
Rob LenihanDirector

Rob began his career as a graphic designer and illustrator working mainly on digital products. In recent years Rob has broadened his involvement to projects with interactive design, instructional design and project management. His personal portfolio includes clients such as Virgin, Department of Health, RM, Rising Stars and BBC.

He is passionate about education at all ages, and is an advocate for sensible use of technology to support learning.
